Turkey Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
    2 lb. ground turkey
    1 large egg white (lightly beaten)
    1/2 c. shredded carrots
    1 small onion, grated
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    1/3 c. chopped parsley, fresh
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Pour chicken broth over bread crumbs.
    Let set 10 minutes; gently mix remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
    Add bread crumbs and mix well.
    Spoon into 1 1/2 quart loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until juices run clear.
    Makes 6 servings, 265 calories per servings.
