Broccoli-Pea Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped broccoli
1 can (17 oz.) green peas, drained
1 can (10 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise (do not substitute)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
2 eggs, beaten
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
1/2 c. crushed crackers
Preparation

Cook broccoli according to package directions, drain well. Arrange broccoli in greased 2-quart casserole dish.
Mix together soup, mayonnaise, seasonings, cheese, onion and eggs. Pour 1/2 over broccoli, cover with green peas, then pour remaining soup mixture over peas.
Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
