No-Boil Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. soft butter
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    3/4 c. peanut butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Blend butter into syrup.
    Stir in peanut butter, salt and vanilla.
    Mix until creamy.
    Stir in sugar.
    Turn onto pastry board.
    Knead with hands until smooth.
    Press into greased 8-inch square pan.
    Chill 1 hour.
    Cut into squares.
    Makes 2 pounds of fudge.
