Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bag mixed vegetables or 2 cans Veg-All, drained
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 stick margarine, melted
36 crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation

Mix all with mayo.
Top with margarine and crushed crackers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
