Tex-Mex Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. soft corn tortillas
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 (15 oz.) can chili beans
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, sliced
    1 (15 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Line with 6 flat tortillas.
    Brown meat and onion with chili powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add beans with juice; simmer for 10 minutes.
    Pour browned meat mixture on top of tortillas; top with sliced Velveeta cheese. Cover with remaining tortillas.
    Mix soup with Ro-Tel; add on top. Cover with foil; bake for 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
