Hot Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. hot peppers
3/4 c. bell peppers
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
1 bottle Certo
Preparation

Discard seeds; grind peppers, measuring after grinding.
Keep juice from grinding and pour over peppers.
In saucepan, mix the sugar, vinegar and ground peppers and boil for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in Certo.
Pour into jars and seal.
