Cheese Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    vanilla wafers
    1 (16 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Into cupcake tins, lined with paper or foil, place a vanilla wafer.
    Mix together in a separate bowl the cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
    Pour onto the wafer.
    Bake for 12 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    When cool, spoon topping of your choice on each.
