French Raisin Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 cup milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    Dash salt
    8 slices raisin bread
    Confectioners sugar or pancake syrup
Preparation
    Preheat griddle on setting 9 to 10.
    In shall bowl blend eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, nutmeg and salt. Dip each bread slice in egg mixture, turning to coat both sides.
    Lightly grease griddle. Cook bread slices 4 to 6 minutes, or until deep golden brown. Top with confectioners sugar or serve with syrup. 4 servings.
