Buttermilk Doughnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. soda
    2 beaten eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. buttermilk
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    In bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, salt and soda. Beat eggs and sugar together until thick.
    Stir in oil and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and buttermilk alternately to egg mixture. Beat just until blended.
    Roll dough on floured surface to 1/2-inch thickness.
    Cut with doughnut cutter.
    Fry in deep hot grease (375\u00b0) about 1 1/2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Drain on paper toweling.
    Cool slightly.
    Dust with powdered sugar.
