Creamy Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

1 (8 or 9-inch) graham cracker crust or pie shell
3 egg yolks
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. ReaLemon lemon juice from concentrate
yellow food coloring (optional)
whipping cream, whipped
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
In medium bowl, beat egg yolks with sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and food coloring (if desired).
Pour into crust.
Bake 30 minutes.
Cool and chill. Spread whipping cream on top.
Garnish if desired.
Refrigerate leftovers.
