Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 broiler-fryer chickens, cut in parts
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian salad dressing
    1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
Preparation
    In a large shallow pan, place chicken, skin side up, in single layer.
    In a bowl, mix together dressing, soup mix and preserves. Pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0, basting occasionally, about 1 hour or until tender.
    Pour remaining sauce over chicken when serving. Serves 8.
