Perfect Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. Crisco
    1/2 c. sweet milk with 1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix in order given.
    Crisco should be the size of peas.
    Roll out into size desired.
    If 2-crust pie, brush top with milk.
    Bake in a 425\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 375\u00b0.
