Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 lb. frozen bread dough, thawed
1/4 lb. thinly sliced ham
1/4 lb. thinly sliced salami, casing removed
1/4 lb. thinly sliced Mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 oz. thinly sliced pepperoni
Preparation

Saute green pepper in butter until tender.
Set aside.
On a large baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, press dough into a 10 x 13-inch rectangle.
Layer ham, salami, cheese and pepperoni down the center of dough; top with peppers.
Fold sides of dough over filling, lapping the edges.
Turn seam side down; pinch ends together and tuck under to seal.
Cover and let rise in warm place until doubled in size.
Brush with egg glaze if desired. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes until golden brown.
Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
