Chinese Glob - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 scant c. rice (uncooked)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can mushroom soup
    2 soup cans water
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    chow mein noodles for topping
Preparation
    Brown the hamburger and onion, then mix all ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or longer.
