Ingredients

1 gal. apple juice or cider
1 Tbsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. mace
6 whole cloves
6 allspice berries
1 stick cinnamon
1/4 c. brandy
1 bottle Madeira or sherry
Preparation

Combine all ingredients; simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
Strain into heatproof punch bowl, or use crock-pot or clean coffee urn to serve.
