Chicken Cutlets Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    1/4 c. flour
    2 eggs
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 tsp. dried oregano
    1/3 c. olive oil
    salt
    fresh ground black pepper
Preparation
    Pound cutlets to approximately 1/8-inch thick.
    Dust cutlets with flour; shake off excess.
    Beat eggs in a bowl.
    Mix bread crumbs, cheese and oregano in another bowl.
    Dip cutlets in egg, then in bread crumb mixture.
