Coconut-Pecan Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 beaten egg yolks (I don't use eggs)
1 1/3 c. Baker's Angel Flake coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cook and stir all but last 2 ingredients over medium heat until thickened, about 12 minutes.
Add coconut and nut meats. Cool until thick enough to spread, beating occasionally. Pour over cake while still hot.
