Chili Ron'S Way - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 lb. mild pork sausage
    1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes, diced
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can red kidney beans
    1 (1 lb. 13 oz.) can Mexican style chili beans or chili hot beans
    1 small onion
    1 small bell pepper
    2 pkg. McCormick chili seasoning mix
    1 (1 lb. 13 oz.) can whole or diced tomatoes
Preparation
    Cook ground chuck and sausage separately.
    Drain to get all the grease off.
    Dice onion and bell pepper; cook until tender. Add all ingredients to a 4 or 5-quart pan.
    Add enough water so that your mixture does not stick to pan.
    Bring to a boil; turn burner down on low heat.
    Cook 30 minutes.
    Stir often.
