Texas Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 c. margarine
1 c. water
3 Tbsp. cocoa
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix flour, salt and sugar.
Boil the margarine, water and cocoa and pour over the flour mixture.
Beat well.
Add eggs, buttermilk, soda and vanilla and mix well.
Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0 in a greased and floured deep cookie sheet (jelly roll pan). Pour icing over cake and bake for 5 minutes more.
