Roast Beef And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. roast
    salt and pepper
    4 potatoes, peeled and quartered
    1/3 c. water
    2 carrots
    2 stalks celery
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
Preparation
    Sprinkle onion soup mix in baking dish.
    Place roast on soup mix and salt and pepper.
    Place potatoes, carrots and celery around roast.
    Add 1/3 cup water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 hours or until roast is tender.
