Strawberries Dipped In Chocolate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fresh strawberries (leave top on; wash and drain very dry)
Preparation
    Melt chocolate bark in double boiler; stir until all melted. Cool slightly.
    Dip berries one at a time.
    Hold by top or with inserted toothpick.
    Allow to harden at room temperature.
    It is best not to refrigerate because they tend to sweat so plan to dip berries the day you use them.
