Louisiana Crabmeat Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. reduced calorie tub margarine
    2 c. diced red bell pepper
    1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. minced green onions
    6 oz. imitation crabmeat
    1 baked 9-inch pie shell
    1/2 c. evaporated skimmed milk
    1/2 c. egg substitute
    3 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In medium nonstick skillet, melt margarine.
    Add peppers, mushrooms and green onions; cook, stirring frequently 3 to 4 minutes until tender.
    Stir in crab and spoon mixture in the pie shell.
