Tex Mex Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    3 slices bread, torn into small pieces
    1/3 c. chili sauce
    1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine first 7 ingredients.
    Spread into an ungreased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan.
    Bake 1 hour.
    Drain excess drippings.
    Spoon chili sauce over cooked loaf, then sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake an additional 15 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
