Buttermilk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    pinch of salt
    1/2 c. shortening
    3/4 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift
    dry ingredients together.
    Cut in shortening with fork or\tpastry\tblender.
    Add
    buttermilk; mix well.
    Put on lightly floured breadboard.
    Knead lightly;
    roll to 1/2-inch thickness. Cut
    with
    biscuit cutter.\tBake in preheated 450\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
