Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. chopped Longhorn cheese
    1/2 c. cream-style corn
    1 1/2 c. corn meal mix
    2 hot peppers, chopped
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. buttermilk
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    a little salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add all other ingredients.
    Pour into well greased 8-inch iron skillet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 or 40 minutes.
