Easy Polenta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (13 oz.) can chicken broth
    1 3/4 c. water
    1 c. yellow cornmeal
    1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Bring broth and water to boil over medium heat. Gradually add cornmeal. Reduce heat; cook, stirring constantly, 3 to 5 minutes. Add cheese and cook until melted.
