Zucchini Bread Ii - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 c. peeled, shredded zucchini
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Mix oil, eggs, sugar, zucchini and vanilla.
    Sift dry ingredients and add to first mixture.
    Stir in nuts and raisins. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 2 loaves.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar while warm.
