Sour Cream Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. cooked diced potatoes
    1/2 c. finely diced cucumbers
    1 Tbsp. finely diced onion
    1 tsp. celery seed
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    6 hard-boiled eggs
    3/4 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. Miracle Whip
    2 Tbsp. red vinegar
Preparation
    Lightly toss together potatoes, cucumbers, onion and seasonings.
    Remove egg yolks and chop egg whites and add.
    Press egg yolks through sieve and combine with sour cream and Miracle Whip.
    Add vinegar and mustard and fold dressing into potatoes.
