Shoo-Fly Cupcakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. brown sugar
Preparation
-
Mix the first 4 ingredients together to make crumbs.
Save 1 cup of the crumbs.
Mix the last 3 ingredients with the remaining crumbs.
Fill baking cups 2/3 full, then sprinkle approximately 1 teaspoon of crumbs on top of mixture in baking cups.
Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
