Spanish Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour (sift 3 times)
    1 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. granulated sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. oil
    1 c. nuts
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg
    1 c. sour milk or buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients well. Reserve 3/4 cup mixture for topping. To topping, add 1 cup nuts and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. To cake mixture, add last 4 ingredients. Beat well by hand. Sprinkle topping over batter. Grease a 9 or 12-inch pan. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
