Tomato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups Bisquick
    1/2 - 3/4 cup milk
    3 to 4 large tomatoes
    mixed Italian seasoning
    garlic powder
    basil
    salt and pepper
    6-8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1 to 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
    6-10 ounces cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Lightly grease deep dish pyrex pie plate.
    Mix Bisquick and milk, pat dough on plate.
    Layer sliced tomatoes on dough. Sprinkle seasoning, garlic powder, basil and salt and pepper on top.
    Mix cooked bacon, mayonnaise and cheese, spread bacon mixture on top.
    Bake 30-40 minutes at 375 degrees.
