Funnel Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. sifted flour
2 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
confectioners sugar, sifted
Preparation

Combine eggs and milk in mixing bowl.
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
Add to egg mixture and beat until smooth. Test to see if mixture flows through a funnel freely.
If too thick, add milk.
If too thin, add flour.
