Persimmon Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. persimmon pulp
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar well.
    Add egg and pulp.
    Add flour. Then spices, nuts and soda.
    Mix well.
    Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet; press with sugar on bottom of glass.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
