Pasta Salad With Sundried Tomatoes And Pine Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pasta, cooked firm (ziti)
    2/3 c. sundried soft tomatoes (soak in water if not soft)
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    1/4 c. pine nuts
    1/4 c. whole fresh basil leaves
    2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Toss all ingredients together gently one hour before serving. Yield:
    8 to 10 (1/2 cup) servings.
