Tomato Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 lb. tomatoes (about 2 doz.)
    2 c. chopped celery
    2 c. diced onion
    2 chopped red peppers
    3 c. chopped apples
    3 c. sugar
    2 c. cider vinegar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3 Tbsp. salt
    1 large can tomato paste
Preparation
    Bring to boil in large pot the first 10 ingredients; boil 1/2 hour.
    Add tomato paste.
    Boil another 1/2 hour.
    Pour into clean jars.
    Can be frozen or canned.
