Creamy Pralines - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. light brown sugar
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 to 2 c. pecan halves
Preparation

Cook together sugars and milk, stirring constantly, until firm and soft ball stage.
Remove from heat; add butter and vanilla. Add pecans and let cool.
Beat and drop on wax paper.
Use a candy thermometer for best results.
