Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 qt. popped corn
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. corn syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 sticks oleo
Preparation
    Put all ingredients, except corn and soda in saucepan and boil for 5 minutes or less.
    Remove from heat, add soda and beat.
    Mix cooked syrup mixture with corn, tossing to coat.
    Spread corn in large roasting pan and bake in 200\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
    You may add nuts, if you like.
