Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    2 c. chopped ripe bananas
Preparation
    Stir dry ingredients together.
    Add oil, eggs and vanilla. Stir until well mixed.
    Do not beat.
    Add pineapple and bananas. Do not beat.
    Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0oven for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Have very cool before icing.
