Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can red salmon, drained
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    dash of celery salt
    1 boiled potato or 1/2 c. potato flakes
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients.
    Add enough cracker crumbs to stiffen.
    Shape into croquettes.
    Dip croquettes into slightly beaten egg; roll in cracker crumbs and fry in hot oil until browned.
    Drain on a paper towel.
