Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    1/3 c. molasses
    2 tsp. salt
    5 c. whole wheat flour
    1 yeast cake, dissolved in 1/4 c. lukewarm water
Preparation
    Add molasses and salt in water.
    Cool.
    When lukewarm, add dissolved yeast and flour.
    Mix or beat well.
    Cover and let rise to double in bulk.
    Beat again and place into greased bread pan, having pan half full.
    Let rise again.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 60 minutes.
