Green Beans And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. green beans
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. dill weed
    1/2 c. green olives, diced
    1 lb. small potatoes
    1 Tbsp. Dijon honey mustard
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. black olives, diced
Preparation
    Break beans into bite size and boil until tender; drain.
    Boil potatoes whole until tender; drain and cut into chunks.
    Cool slightly.
    Add olives and stir.
    Mix all other spices and oil in a separate bowl.
    Let stand 10 minutes, then stir into beans and potatoes.
    Mix thoroughly; let sit a few more minutes.
    If you want, you can garnish with a few small pieces of pimento or red bell pepper.
