Italian Cream Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oleo
    1/2 c. Crisco
    2 c. sugar
    5 egg yolks (save whites)
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. coconut (optional)
Preparation
    Cream together oleo, Crisco, sugar and egg yolks.
    Combine flour, soda and salt and add alternately with buttermilk.
    Beat egg whites and fold in. This makes 3 layers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
