Hot Spinach-Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3/4 tsp. garlic powder
    3/4 tsp. celery salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. diced onion
    1 (6 oz.) roll jalapeno cheese, cubed
    1/2 c. soft breadcrumbs
    1 tsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to package directions, omitting salt. Drain thoroughly, reserving 1/2 cup liquid.
    Set aside.
    Melt 1/4 cup butter in a saucepan over low heat; add flour, stirring until smooth.
    Cook one minute, stirring constantly.
    Add reserved spinach liquid, milk and next 6 ingredients, stirring until cheese melts.
    Spoon into a lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Combine breadcrumbs and 1 teaspoon butter; sprinkle over spinach mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve hot with crackers or vegetables.
