Chicken Scallopini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, skin removed
    2 c. spaghetti sauce
    1 egg
    Italian flavored bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 clove garlic
    4 slices Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Beat egg with fork to combine.
    Sprinkle Italian flavored bread crumbs on a sheet of waxed paper. Dip chicken breasts into egg, then crumbs, turning until it is completely coated.
    In a large skillet, heat the oil with the garlic over medium-medium high heat. Add chicken and saute 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
    Pour spaghetti sauce around chicken. Top each piece of chicken with a slice of cheese. Simmer, covered, 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
