Marinated Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 (16 oz.) can Shoe Peg corn, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can French style green beans, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can English peas, drained
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimento, drained
Preparation
    Place first 6 ingredients in a small saucepan.
    Bring to a boil.
    Let cool.
    Place remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Pour sauce over vegetables.
    Stir gently to mix.
    Cover and chill for several hours before serving.
