Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 1/2 tsp. salt
8 oz. cottage cheese
2 boxes Jiffy cornbread
1 box frozen, chopped broccoli
1 1/2 sticks margarine
Preparation

Preheat oven
to
325\u00b0.
Melt
margarine in 9 x 13-inch pan. Chop
frozen broccoli in food processor.
Mix all ingredients together and pour into pan with melted margarine.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
