Mint Cooler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. water
1 c. mint leaves
1 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. lime juice
Preparation

Cook sugar and water for 5 minutes. Add other ingredients. Cover and let stand for 1 hour. Strain and store in refrigerator. When serving, add ginger ale or Tom Collins mix. Serve over ice. Makes 6 to 8 glasses.
