Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg yolks, beaten well
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. fresh or canned corn
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Preparation
    Stir corn, salt, pepper and flour in with well beaten egg yolks.
    Fold in 3 egg whites, stiffly beaten.
    Fry in salad oil until brown on both sides.
