Strawberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. pkg. Jell-O
    2 c. boiling water
    4 oz. pkg. chopped pecans
    10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries
    3 medium bananas
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 pkg. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Pour Jell-O into boiling water.
    Let cool.
    Crush bananas, thawed berries and chopped pecans.
    Add to Jell-O mixture.
    Pour 1/2 the mixture into a pan and chill.
    Spread sour cream and then top with remainder of Jell-O.
    Top with Cool Whip after chilling.
