"Green" Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lime Jell-O
    1 c. boiling water
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. mayonnaise*
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1/2 c. nuts, finely chopped
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix lime Jell-O with boiling water. Stir until dissolved. Add pineapple and cool. In a blender, mix milk, mayonnaise, cottage cheese and horseradish. Blend very little. Add cooled Jell-O mixture and blend slightly. Add nuts to mixture. Pour in mold or pan and place in refrigerator to set.
